Luis Pedrosa

Luis Pedrosa has extensive experience in energy, climate, and urban transition strategies, currently serving as the Director of Strategy at TECNALIA Research & Innovation since 2005. In addition to this role, Luis oversees the Division of Energy and Environment and has directed the Energy Unit. Prior to TECNALIA, Luis held several leadership roles including Director of the Energy Unit at LABEIN and Head of the Telecommunication Laboratory at Labein. Early career experience includes working as a Design Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent. Luis Pedrosa holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Diplomatura in Business Sciences from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
