Gunilla Dahlberg

Gunilla Dahlberg has extensive experience in the technology and automotive sectors, currently serving as the Head of Delivery Strategy & Tech Hubs at Volvo Cars since December 2004. In this role, Gunilla oversees the Service Management Office, focusing on standards for projects and service management processes, while supporting IT governance and managing performance follow-up and supplier management. Gunilla has played a key role in leading transformation activities such as service orientation and technical transformation. Prior to Volvo, Gunilla worked as a Project Manager at Mandator from August 1996 to December 2004 and holds a Master's degree in Informatics from the University of Gothenburg, earned between 1992 and 1996.
