Gustav Malm

Gustav Malm is currently the Head of People Experience (PX) at Volvo Cars Body Components, where they lead the HR team at the Olofström plant and serve on the global PX management team. With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Gustav has held various leadership roles that encompass engineering, production, quality, and logistics. They have successfully driven performance improvements and fostered a culture of continuous development throughout their career. Prior to their current role, Gustav served as Superintendent Assembly and led teams focused on operational excellence and lean transformations within Volvo Cars.
