Ilari Silander

Ilari Silander is a skilled Test Developer with experience at Volvo Cars since February 2021, where responsibilities include developing the CARAMBA GUI application for vehicle part number readouts, test automation, software integration testing, and ECU diagnostics using tools such as RobotFramework, Python, CAPL, CANoe, and Jenkins. In addition to current roles at Volvo Cars and Infotiv, Ilari has contributed to education as a lecturer at IT-Högskolan, teaching GUI automation techniques to software testing students. Previous experience includes positions as a Line Mechanic at Volvo Cars and a Software Tester at Test Scouts AB, where a home automation system prototype was developed using Raspberry PI technology. Ilari holds a degree in Software Testing from IT-Högskolan, obtained in December 2020.
