Tim Fletcher is currently the Head of Product at Voly Crew Solutions and brings a wealth of experience in design and management. They founded True Bearing Digital and GoSea Digital Ltd, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in app design and UX. Previously, Tim worked in various roles in hospitality and camp counseling and held the position of Head of Design at Revolution Viewing. Tim studied Graphic & Communication Design at the University of Leeds, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree. An adventurous individual, Tim enjoys outdoor activities including running, swimming, and cycling.
