Marco Guimarães Oliveira has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Marco also served as a Customer Service Coordinator in Lider Aviation from 2013 to 2014, where they managed a team, handled ground operations at an airport, and performed office duties. Their role as a Mixologist in Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from 2014 to 2019 involved creating cocktails, managing costs, training staff, and performing administrative tasks. Marco worked as a Bartender in Sidekicker for a brief period in 2019. Marco then joined Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific as a Bartender from 2019 to 2021, where they served and prepared cocktails, controlled stocks, and managed the wine cellar.
