Vladimir Karpenko

Vladimir Karpenko has worked in the technology industry since 1997. Vladimir began their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Engineering Program Manager and Engineering Beta Program Coordinator in the Enterprise Server Division. In 2005, they joined Ashlar-Vellum as the Director of Software Development and Director of IT Operations, where they launched a new IT support unit from scratch and managed multiple teams of experienced software, database and web developers. Since 2016, they have been the VP of Technology at Volya Software Corporation, leading the software development division and practicing Agile principles with emphasis on the Scrum framework.

Vladimir Karpenko holds a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems and Services from Houston Christian University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Satbayev University. Vladimir also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in September 2019.
