Previously, as Vice President of Global Sourcing at stratitnow from 2020 to 2022, Fausto established the Sourcing and Efficient and Effective Operations practice while developing key partnerships. From 2009 to 2019, Fausto held several leadership roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, including Senior Director of Global Sourcing, where responsibilities encompassed innovation, cost savings, and corporate social responsibility. Earlier career experience includes positions at Carlson Companies, FedEx Office, and Yum! Brands, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
