Randy Nelson currently serves as an Attorney and Shareholder at von Briesen & Roper, s.c., with a focus on estate planning, family business planning, service corporation and partnership advisement, tax planning, trust administration, and probate since December 2016. Concurrently, Randy functions as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School, teaching an Estate Planning class for third-year law students since September 1985. Prior to this, Randy was an Attorney and Partner at Weiss Berzowski Brady LLP from September 1980 to November 2016, where the practice areas mirrored the current role. Randy began a career in tax at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Tax Senior from May 1977 to September 1980. Randy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
