Melanie Tendel serves as the Director of Internal Operations and Head of Staff at VON DER HEYDEN Human Capital since May 2021, a global executive search firm specializing in sustainable value creation by connecting clients with strategic talent. Prior experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company as an Executive Assistant, and as a Community Manager at The FFanatics GmbH, where responsibilities included community management and strategy development. Past positions also comprise a dual study program at BLACKYOTO - Japan Black GmbH, and various trainee roles with a focus on project management, event planning, and content creation. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Marketing Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences and a DELE Diploma from Don Quijote Barcelona.
