Christina DeLucia (Carnavale), MBA, currently serves as the Global US Human Resource Director of North America for Von Roll, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for manufacturing plants and collaborating with senior leadership on HR strategies to enhance company culture and drive business results. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner at ADUSA Distribution, LLC and ADUSA Transportation, where strategic HR leadership and employee relations management were key focuses, as well as Talent Acquisition Recruiter and Benefits Operations Analyst at GE. Christina holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Information Systems from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York at Oswego.
