Margot Goverts

Margot Goverts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career consultancy and business coaching. Currently operating as a Career Consultant and Personality Coach at MG Consulting & Coaching since January 2017, Margot has also been a Senior Career Consultant and Business Coach since September 2017 with von Rundstedt, a leading outplacement firm in Germany. Additional roles include serving as an Honorary Lecturer at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and working as a Senior Consultant in Career Management at Right Management GmbH in 2017. Margot's prior experience at MAN Truck & Bus spanned over two decades in various financial leadership roles, such as Head of Product Cost Controlling and Head of Controlling Group Reporting & Analysis, where responsibilities included managing teams and overseeing financial reporting and strategy. Margot holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, completed in 1991.
