Mishayla Kercival

Mishayla Kercival is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Associate at Von Seidels since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mishayla worked as an Attorney at SWART, focusing on trade mark litigation, including preparing draft correspondence for trademark oppositions and overseeing company name objection matters.
