Ralph van Niekerk

Ralph van Niekerk is a patent attorney and partner at Von Seidels Intellectual Property Attorneys since March 2007, specializing in patent applications in South Africa and internationally, IP licensing, and patent litigation. With experience at Fenwick and West and Bowman Gilfillan, Ralph has a background in IP transactions and legal practice. Ralph holds a LLM in Law, Science and Technology from Stanford Law School, LLB from the University of South Africa, and a B.Eng in Electrical & Computer Science from Stellenbosch University.
