Alex Zananiri

Alex Zananiri is an Agile Practice Manager and Lean Portfolio Manager at Vonage since January 2018, leading Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to drive Agile transformation and oversee the Network APIs and API Video portfolios. With over seven years of experience using the SAFe framework, Alex has led numerous PI planning events and established effective Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Previous roles include Senior Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach at Vonage, and Senior Software Test Engineer and Scrum Master at NewVoiceMedia, where responsibilities included promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and facilitating Agile practices. Earlier experience spans various testing roles at Audatex UK, beginning as a Service Desk Analyst, demonstrating a strong foundation in software testing and analysis. Alex holds a BA (Hons) in History and continues to develop knowledge in Agile methodologies.
