Jeff Chapman is an experienced operations and customer experience leader with a career spanning over two decades in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Director of Country Operations and Director of Customer Experience for the UK and Canada at Vonage since March 2022, Jeff previously held multiple key roles at Vonage, including Director of Professional Services and Director of Business Operations. Jeff's earlier experience includes a position as Back Office Manager at Kelly Group, where Jeff led functions across the Openreach South East ONSA region, as well as various roles at Kingston Communications, where Jeff managed engineering teams and developed network infrastructure. Jeff holds a degree from The Open University, completed between 1994 and 1997.
