John Scalice

John Scalice is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development management, currently serving as Senior Director of Software Development at Vonage since July 2008. In this position, John oversees the organization's Web Applications and Services for Residential, SMB, and Enterprise sectors, managing a team of approximately 50 and a broader organization of around 180 people with a budget of $28 million. Previous roles at Vonage include Director of Software Development, where John led a team responsible for Core and Application Services, and Technical Manager, managing agile teams for application development.
