Paul Turner

Paul Turner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, customer success, and operational leadership within the technology sector. Currently serving as VP Strategic Accounts at Vonage since November 2019, Paul specializes in transforming customer service and inside sales functions across continental Europe. Previous roles include VP Benelux and Nordics at NewVoiceMedia, where Paul was dedicated to customer success and strategic sales, and various leadership positions including WW VP of Customer Success and Transformation, SVP Services, and Chief Operating Officer at NewVoiceMedia. Paul's earlier career includes significant roles at Arieso, Panacea Ltd, ADC Metrica, IPL, and AgustaWestland, contributing to a strong foundation in product strategy, operational excellence, and software development. Paul holds an MBA from Henley Business School, a BSc in Electronics from Brunel University, and has completed a leadership course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
