Ricky Chen

Ricky Chen is a Senior Communication Engineer at Vonage since June 2022, focusing on the growth and maintenance of the Enterprise UCaaS platform. Prior to this role, Ricky served as Senior Product Support Lead and Senior Support Engineer at Grandstream Networks, from February 2013 to June 2022, where responsibilities included supporting, testing, and managing new product series, conducting interoperability testing, and ensuring quality assurance for both new and legacy VOIP products. Earlier experience includes an internship at GE Aviation and The Boeing Company, where Ricky applied engineering skills to improve assembly processes and design circuit analysis. Ricky holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
