Tara Aldridge

Tara Aldridge is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Product Enablement at Vonage since November 2017, where responsibilities include bridging product development, customer experience, and market insights to empower stakeholders in delivering next-generation customer experience solutions. With a background in strategic services, engagement, and service delivery, Tara has held various leadership roles at Vonage, including Strategic Services Director and Senior Manager of Engagement and Enablement. Prior experience includes consulting positions at NewVoiceMedia and roles in customer services coordination at Cheshire East Borough Council. Tara is also the Community Group Leader for the Basingstoke Women in Tech User Group, supporting women in tech in Hampshire. Educated at the University of Hull with a BSc in Psychology with Counselling, Tara combines her expertise in customer engagement and product enablement to drive impactful outcomes.
