Dr. Fabian Lander

Dr. Fabian Lander has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Dr. Fabian is currently the Head of Corporate Finance - Finance & Treasury at Vonovia since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Corporate Finance & Sustainability at Volkswagen Immobilien GmbH from January 2018 to March 2021. From April 2014 to December 2017, Dr. Lander held the position of Head of Real Estate Finance at VW Immobilien GmbH, where they were responsible for independent financing and long-term capital procurement. Before that, they held various roles at Eurohypo from October 2006 to March 2014, including Director, where they negotiated loan restructuring and constructed cashflow and valuation models. Dr. Lander began their career as a Consultant at BDO in 2004.

Dr. Fabian Lander completed their PhD in an unspecified field of study from Universität Rostock in 2006. Prior to this, they attended University College Cork from an unknown start year until 2001, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study.
