Dr. Silke Wechsung

Dr. Silke Wechsung is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Bereichsleiterin Human Resources at Vonovia since April 2024, Dr. Wechsung has previously held significant positions such as Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats at TÜV Rheinland Industrieservice and Senior Vice President Global Human Resources at TÜV Rheinland Group, where responsibilities included global HR strategy, talent acquisition, and diversity management.
