Katja Kube is currently working at Vonovia as an Expertin Personalentwicklung / HR Learning & Talent Management since January 2021. Prior to this, Katja held positions at Common Purpose, Universität Duisburg-Essen, capitalheads GmbH, and METRO AG, where Katja gained experience in program management, personnel coordination, and internship management. Katja holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Märkte und Unternehmen from the University of Duisburg-Essen, where Katja also completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
