Rolf Buch

Rolf Buch has extensive experience in executive roles and leadership positions. Rolf first joined Bertelsmann Distribution in 1991, holding various roles including Assistent der Geschäftsführung and Abteilungsleiter Lettershop. In 1996, they became Geschäftsführer at arvato France and later moved to arvato Service as Geschäftsführer in 1998. In 2002, they joined Arvato as a Member of the Vorstand, eventually becoming Vorstandsvorsitzender from 2008 to 2012. After leaving Arvato, they joined Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA as a Member of the Vorstand from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, they became Vorstandsvorsitzender at Vonovia. Currently, they serve as a Member of the Aufsichtsrat and Shareholder Board at Apleona Group, and as a Member of the Gesellschafterbeirat at KÖTTER Services.

Rolf Buch began their education in 1986 at RWTH Aachen University, where they pursued a degree in Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering). Rolf completed their studies in this field in 1990, obtaining a Diplom-Ingenieur. During their time at RWTH Aachen University, Rolf Buch also studied BWL (Business Administration) from 1988 to 1990, though it is not specified whether they obtained a degree in this field.
