Lukas Kischka has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lukas is currently working at VONQ as the Commercial Director for the DACH region. Prior to this, they held positions such as Sales Director Germany, Head of Sales & CSS Germany, Team Lead Business Development, Senior Account Manager, and Account-Manager at VONQ.

Before joining VONQ, Lukas worked as a self-employed Project Manager and Sales Consultant, leading teams for product and marketing campaigns for Samsung and Vodafone.

Lukas also has experience as a Werkstudent Sales Management & Marketing at Mobile World 24 GmbH, where they were responsible for marketing presentations, customer support, project coordination, partner management, and communication with clients and suppliers.

Furthermore, Lukas completed an internship in the Media & Communications department of Hannover 96 and underwent training as a Bank Clerk at Wüstenrot & Württembergische. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in sales, business development, team leadership, and project management.

Lukas Kischka completed their education at Ruhr University Bochum. Lukas obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Lukas Kischka has also attained several certifications. In May 2019, they completed the Situational Leadership II Training from The Ken Blanchard Companies. In November 2018, they successfully completed the Google Analytics for Beginners course offered by Google Analytics Academy. Furthermore, in March 2018, they achieved the Winning by Design - Achievement in Sales Mastership certification from Winning by Design.
