Brittany MacKey

Brittany Mackey is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Global Talent Director at Vontier since November 2024. Previously, Brittany held the role of Director of HR Talent at DRB from May 2023 to December 2024, where expertise in talent development was showcased through the creation of a comprehensive framework for identifying and nurturing high-potential leaders. Prior experience includes a position as Sr. Manager of Talent Management, where Brittany launched a performance management program to enhance employee engagement and evaluation consistency. At The J.M. Smucker Co., Brittany advanced the HR Shared Services department by integrating siloed functions and championed a curriculum for over 900 people managers focused on essential leadership skills. Additionally, Brittany served as an Adjunct Professor at Malone University, teaching managerial finance to MBA students. Brittany holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Ashland University.
