Cintia Motta

Cintia Motta currently serves as the Regional Director of People & Culture for Latin America at Vontier, starting in October 2024, and has been the Human Resources Director for Latin America at Gilbarco Veeder Root since August 2016, where responsibilities include leading the Latinx Employee Resource Group. Previously, Cintia held the position of Director of Organizational Development for Latin America at Iron Mountain, where key achievements included rolling out people management processes and executing talent management strategies. Other notable roles include Head of Human Resources at Votorantim Energia and HR Manager for Latin America at McKinsey & Company, focusing on talent management and employee satisfaction. Cintia holds dual MBA degrees in Human Resources Management from FIA and Strategic Management from FGV - SP.
