Ian Waluube

Ian Waluube currently serves as the Global Talent Management Business Partner at Vontier, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Ian was with Gilbarco Veeder-Root Europe from March 2022 to April 2025, where responsibilities included serving as the People & Culture Business Partner and Talent Management and ID&E Lead for Europe, as well as holding the position of EU HR Business Partner. Ian's experience also includes a role as Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon from June 2021 to March 2022, and as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Network Rail from September 2019 to May 2021, focusing on HR team management, capability alignment, and change management initiatives. Educational credentials comprise a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development and a BA (HONS) in Human Resource Management, both obtained from De Montfort University, Leicester.
