Rebecca McKaskell

Rebecca McKaskell currently serves as Regional VP of People and Culture for Vontier, overseeing HR initiatives across the APAC region. Prior to this role, Rebecca was VP of Talent and Culture at Invenco by GVR, where responsibilities included developing global strategies for engagement, diversity, and inclusion, and leading HR operations in various regions. Rebecca also held roles such as Chief People Officer and People & Capability Manager at EROAD, focusing on strategic HR implementation during significant organizational growth. Earlier career experiences included positions at Global Career Link, specializing in recruitment for the finance and banking sectors. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Canterbury and completed an Executive Study in Change Management at the University of Auckland.
