Romi Bose has extensive work experience in intellectual property and technology law. They have held various leadership roles in multiple companies, including Vontier and Fortive. Romi has formulated and implemented IP policies, managed patent and trademark matters, conducted IP strategic planning, and provided open source software assistance. They have also been involved in M&A IP due diligence, implemented enterprise-wide IP databases, and created standard processes for IP integration. Prior to working in the legal field, Romi had experience as a product development engineer.

Romi Bose attended Purdue University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering. From 1991 to 1994, Bose studied law at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, earning a Juris Doctor degree.
