Ryan Oettinger

Ryan Oettinger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology, retail, and commercial leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager for North America Retail Technology Solutions at Vontier, Ryan previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Scope 23 LLC, where strategic development focused on decarbonization for shippers and carriers. Prior to that, Ryan held senior director roles at Pilot Company, leading enterprise and IT service delivery initiatives, as well as business integration and transformation projects. Ryan's earlier career at Chevron included overseeing a significant portion of the retail fuel sales in the Western U.S., driving operational improvements, and enhancing HR digital transformation. Ryan holds an MBA in Marketing from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and several professional certifications in Agile project management.
