Sabrina Kropp has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Sabrina began their career at Keithley Instruments in 1995, where they held various roles including HR/Corporate Training Manager, Human Resources Manager, Co-op and College Recruiting Manager, and Product Information Manager. During their time at Keithley Instruments, they were responsible for training and development, as well as managing human resources and corporate communications. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Board Member - Technology at NEOASTD - Northeast Ohio American Society for Training and Development. In 2011, Sabrina joined Tektronix as a Senior Director of Corporate Communications & Engagement, where they also acted as the Asia HR Leader and VP of HR. Their responsibilities included overseeing employee communications, learning and development, and talent development. In 2019, they joined Vontier as Vice President, Communications & Brand. In this role, they played a crucial role in the company's separation from Fortive and led various initiatives such as articulating Vontier's purpose and values, establishing inclusion and diversity programs, and implementing culture programs. Sabrina also served as a trusted advisor to Vontier's CEO and leadership team, strategizing and executing global communications.

Sabrina Kropp attended Muskingum University from 1990 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Physics. Sabrina then pursued Computer Engineering at Case Western Reserve University from 1993 to 1995.
