Susan Graye

Susan Graye has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting, with extensive experience in the technology industry. Susan is currently the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Vontier, where they are driving the future of mobility and the internet of things. Prior to this, Susan worked as a consultant at their own company, Susan Graye Executive Recruiters, where they provided talent attraction and acquisition services to global SaaS firm Insite360. Susan has also held leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they were responsible for global talent attraction and acquisition. Susan started their career in 1987 as an executive at their own boutique technology sales recruiting firm, where they developed strategic relationships with leading technology firms.

Susan Graye obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. In addition, they have acquired various certifications such as Generative AI in HR, Ethics in the Age of Generative AI, Generative AI: The Evolution of Thoughtful Online Search, Streamlining Your Work with Microsoft Bing Chat, and more from LinkedIn.
