Lara Kesterton

Lara Kesterton is an experienced professional in sustainability and finance, currently serving as the Head of ESG Research for mtx at Vontobel Asset Management since June 2017, focusing on the integration of ESG factors into portfolio management. Prior to this role, Lara was the Managing Director at Overmantels Ltd, leading the UK’s premier handcrafted mirror company through a significant growth phase. Lara also worked as a Sustainability Consultant, providing expertise in environmental services and technologies, and managed clean energy projects for Soneva Resorts, aiming for carbon negativity. An alumnus of the University of Oxford with a Master of Science in Environmental Change & Management, Lara has a background in law with substantial transactional experience in project finance.
