Markus Schenk

Markus Schenk is currently the Executive Director and Head of Issuance Europe at Vontobel since May 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the issuance, listing, and life cycle events of securitized derivatives within the European Economic Area. Prior experience includes serving as In-House Counsel at Mayer Brown from October 2011 to April 2014, and holding positions as Rechtsanwalt at both Goldman Sachs (September 2012 - February 2013) and Simmons & Simmons (April 2011 - September 2011). Markus Schenk completed a Staatsexamen in Jurastudium at Goethe University Frankfurt from 2002 to 2008.
