Michael Neumayer

Michael Neumayer is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in asset management and corporate governance. Currently serving as Director and Senior Relationship Manager at Vontobel Asset Management since September 2016, Michael previously co-founded Neumayer Ethics Council, providing consultancy in corporate governance and business ethics from March 2014 to November 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Managing Director and Head of Equity Derivatives Sales at Natixis, Director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, and Vice President at Citi, with earlier experience as a Salestrader at Creditanstalt Bankverein. Michael holds a degree in Mathematics (Mag. rer. nat.) from the University of Vienna, earned between 1983 and 1988.
