Stefan Loacker

Stefan Loacker is the current director at Vontobel. Stefan has previously worked at ANIVO, DELOS Management GmbH, and Helvetia Austria.

Loacker has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Stefan became CEO of Helvetia Austria in April 2005 and was tasked with turning the company around after several loss-making years. Under Loacker's leadership, Helvetia Austria became a Top-10 all-lines insurer in the country.

In addition to their work at Vontobel, Loacker is also a board member of the Austrian Insurance Association.

Stefan Loacker has a lic. oec. HSG from the University of St.Gallen and a Mag. rer. soc. oec from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
