Celise Ellis

Celise Ellis has extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on operations and management. Celise currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Voodoo Doughnut, a role they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, Celise worked at MOD PIZZA UK as the Director of People from January 2016 to September 2020. Before that, they were the New Store Opening Training Manager at MOD Superfast Pizza from January 2014 to January 2016. Celise also had a role as General Manager at MOD Superfast Pizza from February 2013 to January 2014. Celise began their career at Verrazano's Italian Restaurant, where they served as General Manager from August 2009 to January 2013.

Celise Ellis attended the University of Washington, Tacoma from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Management.
