Heidi D.

Heidi D. has over 10 years of experience in various leadership roles within the food and beverage industry. Heidi most recently served as the Vice President and Operations Adviser at Voodoo Doughnut since October 2019. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of People at Smith Teamaker from October 2018 to September 2019. Heidi also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Salt & Straw from August 2017 to September 2018. Their previous experience includes serving as the Vice President of Operations and Vice President of People at MOD Pizza from 2013 to 2017, where they also held the roles of Director of Training and Development and Regional Director. Heidi began their career as a Design Manager at Pental Surfaces from December 2006 to November 2008. Throughout their career, Heidi has demonstrated a strong skillset in operations, people management, and leadership.

Heidi D. started their education journey at the University of Houston in 2000 and completed it in 2002. During this time, they focused on Fine/Studio Arts, specifically in a general field of study. After that, from 2006 to 2008, Heidi pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design with a concentration in Commercial at The Art Institutes.
