Kenza Tazi

Kenza Tazi has work experience in various roles and companies. Kenza started their career as a Summer Intern at Cot Bureau S.A.R.L in 2011. Kenza then worked as an Educational Assistant at Lycée Descartes from 2011 to 2017, where they supported and organized events for students. In 2017, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Recruiting Administrator and later became a Junior Recruiter and Recruiter, responsible for recruiting different profiles. Kenza worked at McKinsey & Company until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at iziwork as a Talent Acquisition Manager and later as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Voodoo, a tech company that creates mobile games and apps.

Kenza Tazi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Administration des Affaires, pôle Management from ENCG-SETTAT, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Licence en Economie et Gestion in Economie et Gestion, filière Gestion from Mohammed V University in Rabat, from 2009 to 2013. Kenza also received their Baccalauréat from Lycée Descartes in 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Kenza obtained a certificate for the training "Conflicts resolution & mediation techniques" from Lycée Français René Descartes in January 2016. Kenza also received a certification for the training "First-aid basics" from the same institution in January 2014. Furthermore, Kenza completed a training on "How to best monitor students" from Lycée Français René Descartes in November 2013. Kenza obtained a Certificate of Achievement, niveau intermediate 4 from the Institut America-Mideast Educational and Training Services, Inc. in 2011. Moreover, they earned a Diplomas de Espanol como Lengua Extranjera, niveau B2 from the Institut Cervantes in 2010. Kenza also achieved a TOEIC score of 960/990 from ETS in February 2016 and a TOEIC score of 870/990 from ETS in April 2013.
