Sernur Fulya Guney

Game Artist at Voodoo

Sernur Fulya Guney has a diverse work experience in the field of game development and design. Sernur Fulya started their career as a Gallery Assistant at Sabanci University in 2015, where they worked until April 2016. Following that, they worked as a UI/UX Designer at Appcent from May to October 2016. In 2020, they joined Nitrogen Games as a 3D Generalist and worked there until November 2020. Later on, in 2022, Sernur joined Motion Blur as a 3D Environment Artist for a short period from January to February. Currently, they are working as a Game Artist at Voodoo, starting from March 2022.

Sernur Fulya Guney began their education at Bell School Cambridge in 2011 and completed their studies the following year. Sernur Fulya then attended Sabanci University from 2012 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Görsel iletişim tasarımı (Visual communication design). In 2018, Guney enrolled at Vancouver Institute of Media Arts (VanArts) and obtained a Diploma with Honors in Game Arts & Design in 2019.

Furthermore, Guney has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Sernur Fulya completed a Certificate of Completion in Advanced Substance for Environment Art, Shading and Material Creation in Unreal Engine, Creating Stylized Game Assets, and Organic World Building in UE4. These certifications were obtained from CGMA | Computer Graphics Master Academy between April and December 2021. Additionally, Guney holds a Suo (Su oyuncuları) içicin kampus kültürüne katkı sertifikası (Certificate of contribution to campus culture for water players), but information about the institution and date of obtaining this certification is not available.
