Richa Khaitan

Richa Khaitan has over 14 years of work experience in Human Resources and related roles. Richa is currently serving as the HR Manager at Voosh since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the HR Manager at BigPhi, where they were responsible for strategy and operational roles including recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee engagement, counselling, payroll, employee data management, infrastructure administration and G-Suite coordination. Richa also planned and strategized manpower utilization for over 75 employees across 5 locations. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Center Coordinator at Golden Arch Montessori School. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Co-founder and Account Manager at Prop Design, where they were responsible for anchoring key client relationships, project management, accounting and compliances. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as the Sales Coordinator (Working Capital) at HDFC Bank Limited, where they were responsible for back end operations, preparing credit appraisal memos, maintaining MIS and reports, documentation for file disbursal, issuance of bank guarantees and overdraft limit, mortgage of commercial vehicle and property, and coordination with bank officials and customers.
