Abel Illanes García

Abel Illanes García has been working in the software development industry since 2009. In 2009, they began working as an OCR Digitalization Engineer at Grupo CONSULCOM Digitalización Edición Comercialización archivos publicaciones, where they were responsible for digital and optical character recognition processing to convert documents into digital format, as well as the maintenance of the company website. In 2011, they moved to Accenture Spain, where they worked as a SAP Analyst, with responsibilities including gathering of requirements and its specifications, as well as management of local and offshore teams and development of functional and technical designs. In 2016, they joined Techedge Spain as a CRM Consultant and, in 2017, they became a Software Development Manager at Voovio.

Abel Illanes García completed a Software Engineer degree from Universidad de Huelva from 2010 to 2011. Abel then obtained a Master in Teacher Training from Universidad Nebrija from 2014 to 2015, with a field of study in Tecnology & Computer Sciences. Prior to this, they completed an Ingeniero Técnico Informático de Gestión degree from Universidad de Huelva from 2005 to 2009. In addition, Abel Illanes García holds two certifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT): a SAP Application Designer Certification obtained in September 2014, and a SAP Application Developer Certification obtained in September 2012.
