Cayla Vichot

Cayla Vichot has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cayla began their professional journey in 2013 as a Chess Instructor and later took on the role of Corporate Administrator at Chess4Life. In 2016, they joined Pushpay, where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist and later transitioned to a Billing Analyst role. At Pushpay, they demonstrated strong analytical skills and developed efficient processes to support customer care and billing.

In 2019, Cayla moved on to Russell Investments, where they worked as an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist for a brief period before joining Apptio. At Apptio, they held various positions within the Sales Operations and Order Management teams, starting as an Order Management Specialist and progressing to become a Sales Operations Analyst and eventually the Senior Sales Operations Analyst and Order Management Team Lead. During their time at Apptio, they gained expertise in sales operations and order management, contributing to the development and implementation of effective systems and processes.

Most recently, Cayla worked as a Revenue Operations Analyst at Vorboss, where they leveraged their skills to optimize revenue operations. Currently, they are a Member at RevOps Co-op, further building their experience in revenue operations. Overall, Cayla Vichot has a strong background in sales operations, order management, billing analysis, and customer support, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Cayla Vichot attended Sound Christian Academy from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Cayla then enrolled in Northwest University from 2011 to 2016, majoring in Organizational Communication. During their time at Northwest University, they also had a brief enrollment at Bellevue College in 2015 to further their studies in Organizational Communication. In terms of certifications, they obtained the following: Accounting Foundations and Financial Accounting Part 1 from LinkedIn in June 2019, Finance Essentials for Small Business from LinkedIn in May 2018, Group Exercise Instructor from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in February 2023, and Online CPR/AED and First Aid Combo Course from the ISSA in January 2023.
