Neil Spencer

Neil Spencer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Neil currently serves as the Head of Commercial Pre-Fibre at Vorboss, where they oversee strategic division and maintains relations with key accounts. Prior to this, Neil worked as the Wayleave Sales Operations Manager at G.Network Communications, responsible for streamlining processes and systems and leading a team of business development managers. Neil also served as a Senior Business Development Manager at Community Fibre Limited, where they worked with top developers in London to upgrade connectivity infrastructure. Neil's experience includes working as an Account Consultant at Daisy Group, managing mid-market customers, and as the Head of Lettings at Sewell & Gardner, where they restarted and executed the lettings department. Neil also held the position of Director at Prospect London UK LTD, focusing on the smooth running and growth of the lettings department while managing staff and liaising with developers.

Neil Spencer attended the University of Portsmouth from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Property, Marketing Design, and Development. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, they attended Oxted County Sixth Form, where they studied Communication Studies, 3-D Design, and Photography. Neil's earlier education took place from 1996 to 2000 at Oxted County School, where they studied various subjects such as English, Maths, Science, I.T. Business Studies, 3-D Design, Drawing, and Painting, as well as Religious Education.

In terms of additional certifications, Neil obtained the Propertymark Qualification level 3 from ARLA Propertymark in May 2018. Neil also obtained the FAA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work from Nuco Training Ltd in September 2022.
