Paul Kaczmarczyk

Paul Kaczmarczyk has worked in the software engineering field since 2015. Paul began their career at Blue Candle Games as a Software Developer, where they designed 3D and 2D PC and mobile games with the Unity3D game engine and C# language in Visual Studio. Paul also designed graphics for games and websites using programs including Blender, Inkscape, and MagicaVoxel. Additionally, they designed a responsive website using ASP. NET MVC 5.

In 2017, they joined Netsmart as a Senior Software Engineer and then Software Engineer. In this role, they worked with Product Management to develop new software solutions for Netsmart’s myAvatar Electronic Health Record for Behavioral Health, using the InterSystems Caché Database Management System: ObjectScript object-oriented scripting language with SQL database integration. Paul also performed server-side development necessary to facilitate the transition of the myAvatar suite from a stand-alone desktop application to a web application.

Paul Kaczmarczyk is currently employed by VAI (Vormittag Associates, Inc.) as a Java Programmer, a role they have held since 2022.

Paul Kaczmarczyk attended St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a High School degree. Paul then attended Stony Brook University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
