Lance Henne

Lance Henne has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and positions. Lance began their career as a Graphic Designer at Cessna Aircraft Company in 2006 and remained in that role until 2010. Following that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Hawker Beechcraft for a year. In 2011, Lance joined Via Christi Health as a Graphic Designer until 2013 when they moved on to Vornado Air, LLC. At Vornado Air, they initially worked as a Graphic Designer and later advanced to the position of Art Director in 2019. In addition to their corporate experience, Lance also had a role as an Assistant Tennis Coach at USD 261 Haysville, KS, where they taught high school students tennis techniques and emphasized the transferable skills to life challenges. Furthermore, Lance has been the Owner and Designer at their own design agency, Henne Design + Arts, since 2008.

Lance Henne graduated from Quivira Heights High School in 2002 with a diploma in General studies. Starting in 2002, they attended Hutchinson Community College, where they pursued an Associates degree in Graphic Design until 2004. Lance then enrolled at Friends University in 2004 to further their education in Graphic Design, and they completed their studies there in 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
