Byron Morton

Byron Morton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leasing and marketing. Currently serving as Vice President & Co-Head of Leasing at Vornado Realty Trust since March 2004, Byron oversees 2,000,000 square feet of showroom space at THE MART in Chicago and The A&D Building in New York, managing a team to ensure optimal occupancy and profitability. Prior to this role, Byron held the position of Vice President of Leasing, overseeing a team responsible for 1.5 million square feet of design-oriented showroom space. Byron's previous experience includes roles as an Integrated Solutions Executive at SBC, where sales of data networking equipment were the focus, and as a Senior Marketing Manager at Southern Linc, managing a team responsible for product management and development. Byron began a career at Motorola as a Marketing Manager, involved in various marketing communications and product launches. Byron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Marketing from DePauw University, earned in 1989.
