Tomáš Papež

Tomáš Papež is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the CTO of Vortex since February 2023, where the focus is on revolutionizing cloud partnerships and leveraging a strategic relationship with Google. As a co-founder of the Czech Tech Executive Community since November 2021, Tomáš has been instrumental in shaping technology-driven initiatives. Previously, as VP of Engineering at Spaceflow, Tomáš played a key role in turning around critical projects that secured an €8 million investment during the Series A funding round. Tomáš's career includes significant roles at ACTUM Digital, Kiwi.com, ROI Hunter, and other companies, contributing expertise in cloud architecture, migration, and DevOps, with a strong emphasis on building robust, scalable infrastructures and improving operational efficiencies across various projects. Tomáš holds a degree from Mendel University in Brno.
