Ram Vela has a diverse background with experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President Corporate Development at Vortex Companies, their previous roles include Chief Information Officer and VP of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to that, Ram worked as a Principal at Heritage Mechanical, LLC and held analyst positions at Greenspring Associates. Ram also has experience as a Project Manager at SABREE Environmental & Construction, Inc. and as an Account Executive at Digistrive, Inc. Ram started their career in the US Navy as an Ensign and Assistant Football Coach. Ram attended the United States Naval Academy, where Ram obtained a B.S. in Economics.
